Dhaka, Bangladesh Global: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has said that there is no secrecy over the visit of Director General (DG) Major General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui to India.
"Such news in some media outlets is tarnishing the image of the BGB and also creating confusion in the public mind," said the BGB in its immediate reaction over the matter in the forces' verified Facebook page on Friday night.
It also said that the news published in some media outlets in the country under the title 'Secrecy over BGB chief's India visit, storm of criticism on social media' has come to the attention of the force.
