Chattogram, Bangladesh Global: When the heat wave is sweeping the whole country in the month of Chaitra, the sky of Chattogram suddenly fell like the darkness of night. The vehicles are moving on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway with headlights on. Today is 24 Chaitra. Like the whole country, Chattgoram dwellers also have been feeling heat wave for the last few days. Mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over some places in the country.
But from the morning on Sunday, there found clouds on the sky. After 11:30am, some areas of the Chattogram were covered in the darkness. Rain started in some areas with lightning which eased the people. The sky in Chattogram's Mirsharai and Sitakunda was covered with darkness at about 11:45am and this condition stayed for more than half and hour.
After rains, weather improves slightly but not fully. According to the met office, there is a risk of storm with a maximum speed of 80km per hour over seven regions of the country, including Dhaka.
