Dhaka, Bangladesh Global: Finance and Planning Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed said the interim government will reveal the real inflation and gross domestic product or GDP data.
Besides, controlling inflation will be given the highest importance, he said at a press briefing at the planning ministry on Tuesday.
"The supply chain has collapsed due to the stagnation for a few days. As a result, the cost of living has increased. But now the prices of some products have come down in the market. If everything is normal, the price will come down further,” he added.
The economic adviser said that only urgent projects would receive funding in the interim period.
