Chittagong, Bangladesh Global: Students at Chittagong Medical College (CMC) on Tuesday staged a sit-in demonstration demanding the resignation of Principal Prof Dr Shahena Akter, accusing her of adopting an opposition-stance against the students in the Quota Reform Movement, which turned into the Anti Discrimination Student Movement last month.
Students took positions in front of the principal's office in the morning and chanted slogans to press home their one-point demand for her immediate resignation.
