The hosts end the year with a victory at the Kings Arena on Saturday (November 16).
The Maldives took the early lead in the 23rd minute. Ali Fasir was clinical with the finish after a costly mistake by the Bangladesh defence.
A few minutes before the break, Mojibur Rahman Jony tied the score with a powerful shot from outside the box.
Papon Singh scored the winning goal in the added time to finish the match in style.
