Dhaka, Bangladesh Global: BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has called the Chief Adviser Prof. Muhammad Yunus immediately after landing home to express his sincere gratitudes. After reaching Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport this morning he called Chief Adviser over phone and talked with him.
During their conversation, Tarique Rahman thanked the Chief Adviser for the arrangement taken for his security and overall management of his homecoming events. Tarique was seen inquiring about the wellbeing of the Chief Adviser during their conversation.
“I thank you on behalf of myself and my family. Specially, my sincere gratitude for the measures taken for my security,” Tarique Rahman said. The video also shows that at the end of the phone call, he asked for prayers from the Chief Adviser Prof Yunus and ended the conversation by conveying salam.
Tarique Rahman finally returned to homeland as he arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport here around 11.40am by a regular Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight. Earlier, the flight departed from London's Heathrow Airport at 6.15pm (London Time) on Wednesday and touched down at Sylhet airport at 09:56am en route to Dhaka.
