For construction of pedestrian underpass of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital, the section of the road from the airport to Dakshinkhan from Haj Camp to the airport railway line will be closed for four months (120 days). Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Pedestrian Underpass Construction Project Authority announced this information on Tuesday.
It is said that during the construction of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Pedestrian Underpass, the connecting road from Haj Camp to Airport Railway Line under the scope of Airport-Dakshinkhan Road under the project will be closed for the next 120 days from the date of publication of the notification.
All types of vehicles and pedestrians have been requested to use Kawla Road as an alternative road during that time. The authorities expressed regret in the notification for the temporary closure of the road.
