Dhaka, Bangladesh Global: Awami League (AL) General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of former Awami League president of Companiganj upazila in Sylhet district, freedom fighter Mohammad Nurul.
In a condolence message, Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Nurul passed away at his residence in Sylhet on Monday night.
He was 74. He left behind his wife, 2 sons, 2 daughters, and a host of relatives, colleagues and well-wishers to mourn his death.
