International Desk, Bangladesh Global: Donald Trump has called his triumph in the US presidential election "a magnificent victory for the American people".
The republican candidate addressed his jubilant supporters at his campaign HQ in Florida as he claims victory in the US presidential election.
"This is a magnificent victory for the American people, that will allow us to make America great again," he said.
Trump goes on to say that this will be the "golden age" of America.
"America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate," he goes on, referencing his party winning the Senate back from the Democratic Party.
Trump has declared victory, although he has not yet achieved the official required electoral college votes.
