Dhaka, Bangladesh Global: Former lawmaker from Bhola-2 constituency Ali Azam Mukul has been arrested in a murder case.
Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested him from Hazaribagh area in the capital around 7:30PM on Wednesday.
RAB-2 assistant director ASP Shihab Karim confirmed the arrest.
Nahidul Islam was killed on July 19 at Mirpur in the capital during the student movement. Ali Azam was one of the accused in the murder case.
