Entertainment Desk, Bangladesh Global: Rihanna performed for the first time in India as she attended the grand pre-wedding event of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. It was a starry affair with the pop icon and R&B superstar's dance moves on March 1. After her stellar performance, Rihanna interacted with the paps and opened up about her experience of visit to India.
While interacting with ANI, Rihanna shared that she had the best time of her life here (India) and would definitely want to return sometime. "It was best, and I want to come back to India. I loved it (here)", she said.
The Ambanis are known for celebrating with extravagance, never having hosted a party by halves and Anant Ambani's pre-wedding bash is no exception. Rihanna, who rose to fame after her debut single in 2005, performed on a medley of her songs and hit numbers, including 'Pour it Up', 'Wild Things', 'Diamonds', etc. In visuals accessed by India Today, the artist was seen setting ablaze the atmosphere with her dance moves, which were second to none, along with her entourage.
The singer, who arrived in Gujarat's Jamnagar on February 29 along with her troupe, is reportedly getting paid a whopping amount of over Rs 50 crore for her performance.
